With barbecue season in full swing we wanted to alert you of something we came across of recently. Think you're eating your summer meals on "green" plates...watch out for any brown disposable plates, bowls, and the like. The World Centric brand is actually made out of wheat straw. While the gluten content is not currently disclosed we have made the assumption that it is best for us to avoid products made with wheat, rye, barley, and untested oats.Additionally, a few weeks back we sampled out Two Moms in the Raw Granola and heard from our customers how much they love the product, and all the other flavors they make. However, in case you weren't aware, there are only two flavors of the granola that are gluten free: the blueberry, and gojiberry, so make sure you're reading the label before you make your purchase.
